I’m Darren Soares. I spent ten years in real estate as an agent and a wholesaler — flipping houses, selling EB-5 investment property to buyers in China, and travelling the country training investors with Think Realty. I served as a board director for both the YOLO Association of Realtors and MetroList, Northern California’s MLS.
Since then I’ve run other people’s companies — sometimes as the right hand to the owner, sometimes with the keys handed to me outright.
